About Chavie Brumer, LCSW, MBA

I believe in trust, integrity, honesty, respect, ethics, boundaries, as well as clear communication and expectations.

Since 1997, with degrees in Psychology and Social Work, I have provided individual & family therapy using an experiential (deeper) and trauma focused approach within a respectful and non-judgmental environment. (See below for the models I use.) If you want to be free of deep-seated emotional pain from past or recent abuse, neglect, loss, medical or other trauma, or from ruptured relationships, my integrative approach and ability to be in-tune with my clients may be a good fit for you.

Clinical Supervision/Consultation

Since 2000, I have guided counselors, therapists and case managers to gain confidence, deeper insight and develop professionally. I believe that my training and ability to be in-tune are what help me facilitate their growth. I also train clinical supervisors, managers and start-ups using collaborative leadership models that work, including Competency-Based Supervision, Developmental and Integrated Supervision Models. I completed my MBA in 2017, which enhanced my management and leadership consultations. I have also taught at bachelor and graduate level colleges. See more about me on
