Life transitions, traumatic events and loss can make us lose sight of our goals and connections to others and to ourselves, which can lead to depression, anxiety, and a lack of meaning.  We often carry these issues in the mind and the body. Sometimes we need to be heard. Let's work together to increase self confidence, contentment, better coping and success. In the context of a safe, non-judgmental partnership, I will listen openly to what you want to change and how you want to get there. I believe that the combination of my training and ability to be in-tune with your issues are what help me facilitate growth and improvement.
